桦木模板二氧化钛的制备及其性能分析
Preparation and Performance Analysis of Titanium Dioxide(TiO2) Based on Birch Template
【摘要】 以木材为模板的遗态转化工艺可以赋予材料精细的孔径结构,本文以桦木为模板,通过在不同温度下进行前驱体溶液浸渍和烧结,制备的多孔Ti O2氧化物,并对其光催化降解甲醛能力进行研究。结果表明:对桦木木材进行Na OH溶液抽提处理后,采用40℃水浴加热进行前驱体浸渍可获得较好的浸渍效果,桦木材的浸渍率可达到4.0%,该条件处理的浸渍桦木材在800℃的焙烧温度下烧结的氧化物得率达到8.09%。XRD检测分析显示所获得的烧结氧化物为金红石型的Ti O2;扫描电镜观测发现木材模板在40℃前驱体浸渍溶液中处理后进行800℃焙烧获得的Ti O2对木材模板微观结构有较好的保留。
【Abstract】 The morph-genetic transformation process based on wood template can provide the good pore structure of material. Birch was used as template to prepare porous TiO2 oxide. The parameters of precursor solution impregnation and sintered temperature were studied to investigate their effects on formaldehyde degradation. The results showed that the wood templated impregnated 40 ℃ can obtain better impregnation rate and burning rate. XRD analysis was carried out to investigate the composition of TiO2. SEM analysis showed that TiO2 oxides well replicate the microstructure of wood template.
