基质金属蛋白酶在癌症治疗中的应用进展
Matrix Metalloproteinases for Cancer Treatment
【摘要】 基质金属蛋白酶是一类高度保守的锌离子依赖的内肽酶,其在细胞外基质的降解中发挥着重要的作用。相关研究表明基质金属蛋白酶参与多种病理过程,尤其是肿瘤的转移和侵袭过程。肿瘤组织中过度表达的基质金属蛋白酶可以作为治疗靶点用于癌症治疗。本文综述了基质金属蛋白酶的结构功能及其在癌症治疗方面的研究进展。
【Abstract】 Matrix metallopeptidases is a family of highly conserved Zn2+-dependent endopeptidases that degrade most of the components of extracellular matrix. Relevant studies have indicated that matrix metallopeptidases are involved in many pathological processes, especially in the metastasis and invasion of several tumors. The overexpression of matrix metallopeptidases can be regarded as targets for cancer therapy. This review summarizes the structure and function of matrix metallopeptidases and current research progress in cancer treatment.
