【Abstract】 The high employment rate of higher engineering education graduates and the high industrial productivity in German are closely connected with its training program of higher engineering education.According to what the author has learned in Dresden University of Technology,this paper introduces the training objectives,strategy formulation and implementation of German higher engineering training program,and by the comparative study on the ones in China,analyzes the successful experience in German higher engineering education which can provide reference in participation in industry,professional teaching and engineering practice for us to learn.更多还原
