【摘要】 以工业互联网为代表的新工业革命对工程人才培养提出了新的要求。本文首先对工业互联网涉及的新技术进行了梳理,接着提出了现有工程教育在工业互联网人才培养中存在的几个主要问题。随后本文详细分析了工业互联网对人才培养的能力和知识结构要求,以及政府、企业和高校各自在人才培养中的相互关系。最后通过引入融合创新范式,提出了工业互联网人才培养新途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The New Industrial Revolution characterized by industrial Internet has put forward new requirements for engineering talent training.This paper first introduces the new technologies of Industrial Internet,and then points out some problems in engineering education of training industrial Internet talents.Second,we thoroughly analyzed the industrial Internet’s demands for the capacity and knowledge structure of engineering talents,and the interactive relationship between enterprises,universities and government in terms of talents training.At last,by introducing the new mode of integrated innovation,this paper provides a new approach of training industrial Internet talents.更多还原
