【摘要】 随着我国产业进入技术原创和引领战略阶段,创新创业人才培养面临不确定性工作特质的挑战。本文基于教育学、脑科学、心理学相关理论,对适应不确定性工作特质的创新创业人才培养进行了探索,构建了人才成长模型,从知识系统、经验系统、意识系统提出了完整的人才培养改革方案。相关改革实践取得良好成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 As China’s industries enter the stage of technological originality and leading strategy,the characteristics of work uncertainty put forward new requirements for the education of talents of innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on theoretical foundations such as pedagogy,brain science,and psychology,this work explores the theoretical basis for educating innovative and entrepreneurial talents that adapt to the characteristics of uncertain work.We have built a talent growth model,which presents a complete talents education plan of knowledge systems,experience systems,and awareness systems.The training reform program has achieved good results.更多还原
