高校学生对研讨课认知与满意度的实证研究——基于江苏高校13356份问卷调查
An Empirical Study of Students’ Cognition and Satisfaction of Seminar——Based on Analysis of 13,356 Questionnaires from Universities in Jiangsu Province
【摘要】 为考察学生在研讨课学习过程中的实际体验与主观感受,对江苏高校13356名在校本科生进行了问卷调查。从学生的认知上看,由于受到学习态度及学习动力的影响,超过了一半的学生对研讨课的总体体验不甚理想。进一步建构多元回归模型,从任课教师、课程内容、教学方法、课程考核和课程效果5个维度17个影响因素对学生满意度评价进行了实证分析,结果表明,对总体满意度的贡献较大的是教师在驾驭课堂教学中的创设研讨问题的能力和营造互动氛围的能力,而对其学术背景并没有特别关注;此外,学生学习效果中知识建构能力是否得到加强、科学思维和科研方法得到锻炼也是影响总体满意度最重要的因素。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate students’ experience and evaluation during the seminar,questionnaires are delivered to 13,356 undergraduate students of universities in Jiangsu province. As for student’s cognition,more than a half of students,due to the influence of learning attitude and motivation,are unsatisfactory about the seminar. We further construct multivariate regression model and make empirical analysis of satisfaction evaluation from 5 dimensions and 17 influencing factors of teachers,teaching contents,teaching method and course assessment. Analysis shows that what contribute more to the overall satisfaction are teachers’ competence of establishing research questions and creating interactive atmosphere in class,but not their academic background. Besides,the most important factors that matters are the improvement of students’ competence of knowledge construction,scientific thinking and research method.
