研究生教育质量提升的多元治理视域
View of Pluralistic Governance on the Improvement of Postgraduate Education Quality
【摘要】 我国研究生教育质量提升是政府、社会、高校、教师与学生等多元主体治理的共同责任,不仅需要协同合作,更需要权责明确。研究生教育出现大量主体权责背离现象,是研究生教育质量下滑的根本原因。抓住研究生教育质量提升过程中的机遇和有利要素,对研究生教育质量提升进行多元主体综合治理是研究生教育质量提升的保证。
【Abstract】 The responsibility of improving Chinese postgraduate education quality,which should be clarified,lies on the cooperation of pluralistic parts: government,society,universities,teachers and students. The primary cause of declination of quality of postgraduate education is the deviation phenomenon of rights and responsibilities. To improve the quality of postgraduate education,we should seize the opportunities and favorable factors and have pluralistic governance on postgraduate education quality.
