基于协调一致算法的微电网频率二次调整策略

【摘要】 在孤岛模式下,微电网中的多台分布式电源采用下垂控制法并联运行,但该方法的下垂特性导致分布式电源对输出有功功率进行调整时微电网的系统频率发生变化,无法满足负荷对微电网电能质量的要求。为此建立了分布式电源并联运行的数学模型,分析了下垂控制的频率调整缺陷;同时提出一种基于分布式网络协调一致算法的二次调频策略,通过低带宽的分布式网络发布频率的参考调整值。本地分布式电源采用PI控制器跟踪此参考值,对下垂曲线进行平移,使微电网频率在负荷扰动情况下稳定在50 Hz。运用MATLAB/Simulink工具对微电网系统进行建模仿真,其结果验证了调整策略的正确性和可行性。

【Abstract】 In the island mode,multiple distributed generations(DGs)in the microgrid adopt droop control for paralleled operation.However,drooping characteristic has caused system frequency of the micro-grid change as DGs adjust active power and can’t satisfy requirement of power energy quality of the microgrid.Therefore,this paper establishes a mathematical model for paralleled operation of DGs and analyzes defects in frequency adjustment by droop control.It also proposes a kind of secondary adjustment strategy based on distributed network consensus algorithm which is to issue the reference value of frequency by the low-bandwidth distributed network.The local DGs use PI controller to track the reference value and pan the droop curves so as to stabilize frequency at 50 Hz of the microgrid under load disturbance.It uses MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and simulation on the microgrid system and corresponding results verify validity and feasibility of this adjustment strategy.
