平行构件法用于灌浆套筒节点施工质量的验收

【摘要】 装配式混凝土结构通常采用灌浆套筒的连接方式,灌浆质量对于结构安全至关重要,但受技术水平制约,目前对套筒内部的灌浆密实度难以直接检测,对节点施工质量缺少针对性的验收方法。为解决套筒节点质量验收问题,发明一套平行构件验收装置及方法。使用该装置制作相应平行构件,并采用与现场相同的灌浆材料、连接钢筋及施工工艺对其实施灌浆,确保能有效反应现场实际施工质量。验收装置可进行拆解,能够分离套筒与坐浆层,检测套筒试件的灌浆密实度及力学性能,并通过观察检查坐浆或分仓浇筑质量,从而实现对套筒节点质量检测的目的。这种验收装置及方法简单易行、适用范围广、成本低廉,适合工程现场使用,完善了灌浆套筒节点施工质量的验收手段。

【Abstract】 The assembly type concrete structure usually adopts the connection mode of grouting sleeve. Grouting quality is essential for structural safety.However,due to the technical level,it is difficult to directly detect the filling density of the sleeve,and the quality of the construction of the nodal is lack of targeted acceptance method.In order to solve the problem of quality acceptance of sleeve joints,a set of parallel component acceptance devices and methods have been developed.The device is used to make parallel components,and the grouting is applied to the same grouting material,connecting reinforcement and construction process to ensure the actual construction quality of the site.Acceptance of the equipment can be disassembled to separate sleeve and sit plasma layer,detect sleeve grouting compactness and mechanical properties of the specimens,and check through the observation by plasma or warehouse casting quality,so as to realize the purpose of quality testing to sleeve node This kind of acceptance device and method is simple and easy to use,wide range of application and low cost,suitable for engineering site use,and perfect the acceptance method for the construction quality of grouting socket joints.
