【Abstract】 Through the questionnaire survey of Zhenjiang citizens, the paper reveals the current situation and problems of Zhenjiang citizens’ information literacy in the "internet plus" era from the aspects of smart Zhenjiang’s cognition, information consciousness, information knowledge, information application ability, and information morality.
