【摘要】 生态化增长是经济因素与生态因素耦合的一种状态,在增长中追求经济效益和生态效益的平衡协调发展。工业生态化增长评价利用传统经济理论,由上年度工业增长的动力因素和增长历史趋势,评估某年度的增长区间;运用工业物质流分析法,分析上年度工业经济系统输入物质流带来的生态承载压力,生产过程输出物质流(排放的废弃物)造成的生态损伤情况,以及生态化举措对工业增长的界限作用;综合经济和生态两个方面因素,评估某年度的工业增长是否生态。生态化增长的评价既考虑了经济效益,又考虑了生态效益,且评价指标与传统的经济指标兼容,评价简洁直观,目标导向性强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ecological growth is a state of coupling between economic factors and ecological factors,which seeks the balanced and coordinated development of economic and ecological benefits.The evaluation of industrial ecological growth uses traditional economic theory to evaluate the growth interval of a certain year based on the dynamic factors and historical trends of industrial growth in the previous year.The analysis method of industrial material flow is used to analyze the ecological carrying pressure brought by the input material flow of the industrial economic system in the previous year,the ecological damage caused by the output material flow(discharged waste)in the production process,and the role of eco-measures in the boundaries of industrial growth and the assessment of the ecology of industrial growth in a given year by integrating economic and ecological factors.The evaluation of ecological growth takes into account not only economic benefits,but also ecological benefits,and the evaluation index is compatible with traditional economic indicators.The evaluation is concise,intuitive and goal-oriented.更多还原
