【摘要】 开放经济不仅为我国工业企业绿色创新能力提升带来了良好发展机遇,也为我国工业企业应对资源环境约束问题带来了巨大挑战。本文利用系统动力学模型,从绿色创新的技术推动力、市场拉动力和环境管制推动力三个方面,构建了开放经济下工业企业绿色创新动力传导机制,从而探讨外商直接投资、对外直接投资、进出口贸易对工业企业绿色创新动力的影响;然后运用中国2005～2015年工业企业的数据检验了模型适用性,采用Vensim PLE预测了系统中关键要素2016～2025年的变化趋势,并对外商直接投资、对外直接投资、进出口贸易三个政策变量进行调控,揭示了开放经济下我国工业企业绿色创新动力传导机制的动态变化。仿真结果表明:开放经济下工业企业绿色创新动力传导机制存在复杂动态变化特性,外商直接投资、对外直接投资、进出口贸易对我国工业企业绿色创新的技术推动力、市场拉动力和环境管制推动力都具有积极地促进作用。最后,根据仿真模拟结果,提出继续扩大对外开放格局是当前我国政府应坚持的发展政策,也是开拓有中国特色的"绿色创新"路径的重要举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 The open economy not only brings good development opportunities for the improvement of green innovation capacity of Chinese industrial enterprises,but also brings great challenges for Chinese industrial enterprises to cope with resource and environment constraints.In this paper,by using system dynamics model,the dynamic transmission mechanism of industrial enterprises’green innovation under open economy is constructed from three aspects,which includes technical dynamics,market dynamics and environmental regulation dynamics.To explore the impact of foreign direct investment,foreign direct investment,import and export trade on green innovation dynamics of industrial enterprises.Then,the applicability of the model is tested based on the data from China’s industrial enterprises in2005-2015.Through regulating three policy variables which include foreign direct investment,foreign direct investment,import and export trade,this paper forecasts the change trend of the key elements between 2016and 2025in the system by using Vensim PLE.The simulation results show that the dynamic transmission mechanism of industrial enterprises’green innovation has complex dynamic characteristics under the open economy.Foreign direct investment,foreign direct investment,import and export trade have positive effects on the technical technology dynamics,market dynamics and environmental regulation dynamics of Chinese industrial enterprises’green innovation.Finally,according to the simulation results,it is proposed that continuing to expand the pattern of opening up is the development policy that our government should adhere to at present,and is also an important measure to open up the path of"green innovation"with Chinese characteristics.更多还原
