跨声速压气机突尖波型失速特征的数值研究

【摘要】 为了研究跨声速轴流压气机突尖波型失速先兆的表现形式及传播机制,对跨声速转子开展三维全周非定常数值研究。在转子周向不同位置处布置多个压力探针,获取了转子失速过程中压力信号的变化情况,对压力信号分别进行了时域、频域分析。结果表明,转子叶尖产生了典型的"前缘溢流"和"尾缘回流"的突尖波型失速先兆,近失速工况转子产生了两个失速团,并以65%转速沿周向传播,尾缘回流与叶尖泄漏涡相互作用产生一个龙卷风式的旋涡并向前缘移动在相邻叶片前缘溢出形成一个低压区。

【Abstract】 In the present work, Three-Dimensional full-annuls time-accurate simulations were carried out to explore the evolution pattern and propagation of spike-like rotating stall inception in transonic compressor rotor. By installing dynamic pressure transducers in circumferential direction,the dynamic pressure data at different positons were collected and analyzed using time and frequency analysis, respectively. The results show that the phenomenon of "leading edge spilling flow" and "trailing edge back flow" appears and the spike-like inception occurs. Two stall cells were generated and propagated at 65% rotation speed at near-stall condition. A low-pressure region was caused by a tornado-like separation vortex resulting from the interaction of leading edge spilling flow and tip leakage vortex.
