【Abstract】 The FOPS test bench is a precise test facility in electric mechanical integra-tion that the test bench moves through actuation of the cross beam and the hammer lift release which shifts the hammer to the impact position above the impact point. By means of the stored energy and automatic hammer release to simulate the falling object impact-ing onto the protective structure of the earth-mover under the test that through the measuring system to have counted the maximal instant deformation and residual set deformation at the impact position before further analyzing and deciding the FOPS qualified or not.
