一种适用于永磁同步电机全速度运行的无位置传感器控制方法
Sensorless Control for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors in Whole Speed Range
【摘要】 为了改进PMSM无速度传感器全速度运行时的控制性能,提出了一种结合高频注入方法与反电动势估计方法的SPMSM无速度传感器控制策略.首先建立了数学模型,然后基于模型对永磁同步电机的反电动势估计进行了描述,并结合一种脉振式高频电压注入的低速估计方法,实现了永磁电机在全运行范围内的无速度传感器控制.针对所提出的方法进行了实验,实验验证了在SPMSM全速度运行时,所提方法能准确估算出其转子的速度和位置.具有误差小且易于实现的优势.
【Abstract】 In order to improve the speed sensorless-control system of PMSM in the whole speed performance,this paper proposes a new control method about back EMF and high-frequency signal injection with a combination of sensorless control method for SPMSM.Firstly,the resulting voltage is detected and current mathematical modeling is establishece.Then based on the mathematical model,the PMSM rotor position and speed are estimated,to verify the correctness of theoretical analysis for the new control method proposed in this paper.The results show that the method can accurately estimate the rotor speed and position in the whole speed range.There fore,the method is simple and easy to implement.
