偏心量影响下的裂纹转子非线性研究
Nonlinear study of crack rotor under the influence of eccentricity
【摘要】 利用拉格朗日方程建立了非稳态油膜力作用下的转子-定子-轴承系统裂纹故障的力学模型,应用数值分析方法研究了该系统在偏心量变化时转子系统的分岔图、时域波形、幅值谱图和Poincare截面,揭示了系统分岔特性和进入混沌的途径.研究结果表明:当偏心量作为唯一控制参数时,裂纹转子系统呈现出复杂的非线性动力学行为.该结果为大型旋转机械的故障诊断提供了理论依据.
【Abstract】 Established the unsteady oil-film force with crack fault of rotor-stator-bearing system mechanical models by using Lagrange equation.The numerical analysis method is used to study system with different eccentricity of bifurcation diagram,the time-domain waveform,amplitude spectra and Poincare section,revealing the system into chaos and bifurcation characteristic ways.The results show that when the eccentricity as the only control parameters.System showing a complex nonlinear dynamics behavior,the results for the follow-up study of large rotating machinery fault diagnosis provides a theoretical basis.
