【摘要】 通过对变速器齿轮传递误差机理研究,研制齿轮传递误差试验台,实现对变速器整箱及单对齿的传递误差的高精密测量.试验台可模拟变速器总成内啮合齿轮对的真实啮合情况,准确测试啮合齿轮的传递误差.试验台由机械结构设计、测控系统及软件系统构成.采用Romax软件对单对齿测量单元轴系进行扭转刚度分析,验证传递误差测试时输出扭矩为3 000N·m条件下满足传递误差的测试要求.通过试验测试,验证了试验台角度测量系统精度满足变速器齿轮传递误差测试要求.更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the research on the mechanism of transmission error of gear,the gear transmission error test bench was developed,which can realize the high precision measurement of the transmission error of the transmission box and the single-to-tooth.The test bench can simulate the actual engagement of the meshing gear pairs in the transmission assembly,and accurately test the transmission error of the meshing gear.The test-bed is composed of mechanical structure design,measurement and control system and software system.The torsional stiffness analysis of the single-to-tooth measuring unit shaft was carried out by using the Romax software to verify the test requirement of the transmission error under the condition of3 000 N·m.Through the test,it is verified that the precision of the angle measuring system of the test bench meets the transmission gear transmission error test requirements.更多还原
