【摘要】 为观察盐酸罗哌卡因长强穴注射对缓解混合痔患者术后疼痛的临床疗效,将80例混合痔患者随机分为2组,每组40例。治疗组于术后取长强穴注射盐酸罗哌卡因,对照组术后外用吲哚美辛栓。用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评定2组患者术后6、12、24、48和72 h疼痛情况。结果显示,2组患者术后6 h疼痛评分比较无统计学意义,术后12、24、48和72 h疼痛评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,盐酸罗哌卡因长强穴位注射对混合痔术后疼痛治疗效果明显,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was to observe the clinical analgesia efficacy of injecting ropivacaine hydrochloride at Changqiang point after mixed hemorrhoids surgery, randomly divided 80 cases of mixed hemorrhoids into treatment group and control one,40 cases for each, which the former received above point-injection, meanwhile the latter took indomethacin suppository externally;then evaluated patient’s pain degree at 12.24,48 and 72 h after surgery by using VAS method.As results,at 6 h after surgery there was no statistical difference between the two groups( P >0.05),but at 12,24,48 and 72 h there was so( P <0.05).Results show that point-injection of ropivacaine hydrochloride has significant analgesia efficacy.It is worthy of clinical popularization.更多还原
