【摘要】 为了观察中药熏洗配合橡皮生肌膏纱条换药用于低位肛周脓肿术后创面的临床疗效,选取2016年11月至2017年11月青岛大学附属医院肛肠科接受住院治疗的患者80例,按照随机数字表法将术后患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。2组患者均采用肛周脓肿根治术。术后第1天起,治疗组给予中药熏洗配合橡皮生肌膏纱条换药,对照组用中药熏洗配合凡士林油纱条换药,记录用药第1、7、14、21天2组患者创面疼痛评分及用药第7、14、21天2组患者创面肉芽生长情况评分及创面缩小率评分;比较2组用药3周总有效率及创面愈合时间。结果显示,用药第14、21天治疗组创面肉芽生长情况评分及创面缩小率评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);用药第7、14、21天治疗组疼痛评分低于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组用药3周的总有效率(95.0%)明显高于对照组(77.5%,P<0.05);治疗组的创面愈合时间明显短于对照组[20.10±4.01)d vs(26.50±4.30)d,(P<0.05)]。结果表明,中药熏洗配合橡皮生肌膏换药可促进肉芽生长,明显减轻疼痛,加快愈合速度,对促进肛周脓肿术后创面愈合疗效显著,优于单纯使用凡士林油纱,是一种值得推广的临床中药制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal washing and fumigation with Xiangpi Shengji Gao gauze strip for dressing exchange after the surgery for low perianal abscess, selected 80 cases who admitted and received surgery in the coloproctological department of Qingdao university’s affiliated hospital from Nov. 2016 to Nov. 2017 and randomly divided them into treatment group and control one(40 cases for each), which both groups all received the radical surgery for perianal abscess. Since the first day after surgery, in the former Chinese herbal washing and fumigation with Xiangpi Shengji Gao gauze strip was adopted for dressing exchange, while in the latter Chinese herbal washing and fumigation petrolatum gauze strip was adopted for doing so; then on the 1st, 7th, 14th and 21st day the score on wound-surface pain, as well as the score on the growth status of wound-surface granulation tissue and shrinking ratio of wound surface on the 7th,14th and 21st day were observed and recorded; Also,compared the total effective rate and wound-surface healing time at 3 weeks after surgery between the two groups.As results,on the 14th,21st day after medication the scores on growth status of wound-surface granulation tissue and shrinking ratio of wound surface in the former were all superior to that in the latter(P <0.05);on the 7th, 14th and 21st days after medication the score on pain in the former was significantly lower than that in the latter, there was statistical difference between the two groups( P <0.05); the total effective rate and the wound-surface healing time at 3 weeks after medication in the former was significantly higher and shorter than that in the latter(95.0% vs 77.5%,P<0.05);and [(20.10±4.01) d vs(26.50±4.30) d,(P <0.05)].Results show that Xiangpi Shengji Gao can promote granulation tissue growing,significantly alleviate pain, accelerate healing, thus has great efficacy on postoperative wound-surface of perianal abscess, and is superior to petrolatum gauze strip,worthy to be popularized to use clinically.更多还原
