小花清风藤扦插繁殖技术研究
Cutting Propagation Technology of Sabia parviflora
【摘要】 探究小花清风藤扦插繁殖的关键技术,为其大规模人工培养种苗及其规范化种植提供技术支撑,以成活率、根系和新生幼枝的发育情况作为评价指标,分析不同插穗类型、扦插基质、生长激素对小花清风藤扦插繁殖效果的影响。结果表明,小花清风藤最佳扦插繁殖条件:选用健康粗壮的2~4年生茎条作为插穗,用150mg/L生根粉水溶液浸泡30min,扦插于珍珠岩∶草炭土=1∶1的基质中,成活率可达90%以上,幼苗生长良好。
【Abstract】 The effect of different cutting type,cutting substrate and growth hormone on cutting propagation effect of Sabia parviflora was studied by using survival rate,root growth and new young branches as the evaluation indexes to discuss the key cutting propagation technology of S.parvifloraand provide the technical support for its large-scale artificial rearing seedlings and standardized planting.Result:The optimum cutting propagation conditions include stem segments with 2-4years old,stem segments soaked in 150mg/L ABT for 30 min and perlite∶ turfy soil=1∶1.The survival rate of S.parviflora plantlets with good growth vigor under the optimum propagation conditions reaches above90%.
