【摘要】 为促进秸秆区域综合利用产业的健康稳定发展提供科学依据,分析了扬州市2016年的秸秆综合利用及产业发展现状,从秸秆综合利用产业链相关主体(政府、农户、企业等)角度,明确限制秸秆综合利用产业发展的政策、规划、收贮等方面问题,提出因地制宜发展思路,从收贮体系、政策扶持、科技创新、龙头带动等方面提出对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problems in policy,planning,reaping and storing to restrict stalk comprehensive utilization industrial development are defined from the angle of main bodies(government,peasant households and enterprises)related to stalk comprehensive utilization industrial chain and the development ideals are proposed from the aspects of reaping and storing system,policy support,scientific and technological innovation and leading enterprises’ driving by analyzing stalk comprehensive utilization and its industrial development status in Yangzhou in 2016 to provide the scientific basis for sound and steady development of stalk comprehensive utilization industry.更多还原
