缓释长效施药技术对烟草根结线虫病的防控效果
Prevention and Control Effect of Slow-release and Long-acting Pesticide Application Technology on Meloidogyne incongnita
【摘要】 为生产上烟草根结线虫病的防治提供技术支撑,采用直接触杀法测定阿维菌素、甲胺基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和噻唑膦3种单剂对根结线虫室内活性的影响,用田间试验方法研究2%阿维菌素、2%甲胺基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和10%噻唑膦3个单剂及其分别与缓释剂复配对烟草根结线虫的防治效果。结果表明:噻唑磷对烟草根结线虫2龄幼虫毒力最强,24h、48h的LC50分别为28.83mg/L和20.71mg/L,LC95分别为143.27mg/L和134.12mg/L;阿维菌素和甲胺基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐对烟草根结线虫2龄幼虫毒力相当。2%阿维菌素、2%甲胺基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和10%噻唑膦3种药剂与缓释剂复配,在田间的防效分别较单剂提高9.65%、15.91%和12.62%,药剂用量减少50%。缓释长效施药技术能有效提高药剂对烟草根结线虫病的防控效果,减少药剂用量,降低防治成本。
【Abstract】 The effect of Abamectin,Emamectin benzoate and Fosthiazate on indoor activity of Meloidogyne incongnita was studied by a direct contact method and then the control of 2% Abamectin,2% Emamectin benzoate,10% Fosthiazate,2% Abamectin + sustained release preparation,2%Emamectin benzoate+sustained release preparation and 10% Fosthiazate+sustained release preparation against M.incongnita was determined by a field experiment to provide the technological support for prevention and control of M.incongnita in flue-cured tobacco production.Result:The toxicity of Fosthiazate against M.incongnitalarva with second instar stage is the highest among three pesticides.The LC50 is 28.83 mg/L and 20.71 mg/L after 24 h,and 143.27mg/L and 134.12 mg/L after 48 h respectively.The toxicity of Abamectin against M.incongnitalarva with second instar stage is no different with Emamectin benzoate.The prevention and control effect of 2% Abamectin+ sustained release preparation,2% Emamectin benzoate+ sustained release preparation and 10% Fosthiazate + sustained release preparation against M.incongnita in field is 9.65%,15.91% and 12.62% higher than 2%Abamectin,2% Emamectin benzoate and 10% Fosthiazate respectively and the pesticide dosage can decrease by 50%.The slow-release and long-acting pesticide application technology can improve the prevention and control effect of pesticides,decease pesticide dosage and reduce its control cost in prevention and control of M.incongnitaeffectively.
