氰戊菊酯与溴氰菊酯对凡纳对虾的急性毒性

【摘要】 探明拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂辅助捕虾的生态毒性和安全性,为其合理使用提供参考,选取平均体重(10.5±2.5)g、体长(11.0±1.0)cm的凡纳对虾,在pH(8.5±0.3)、水温(22.3±1.0)℃、溶解氧浓度大于5.0mg/L的养殖水体中进行氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯2种拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的急性毒性效应。结果表明:氰戊菊酯对凡纳对虾24h、48h和72h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为0.200μg/L、0.123μg/L和0.084μg/L,安全浓度为0.014μg/L;溴氰菊酯24h、48h和72h的LC50分别为0.171μg/L、0.103μg/L和0.064μg/L,安全浓度为0.011μg/L。氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯2种拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂对凡纳对虾均属于极高毒药物,溴氰菊酯的毒性大于氰戊菊酯。

【Abstract】 To explore the ecological toxicity and safety of fenvalerate and deltamethrin to Penaeus vannamei,and provide references for the rational utilization,P.vannamei individuals with average body weight of(10.5±2.5)g and body length of(11.0±1.0)cm,were used to explore the acute toxicity of fenvalerate and deltamethrin to P.vannamei in water with pH(8.5 ±0.3),temperature(22.3±1.0)℃and dissolved oxygen concentration 5.0 mg/L.Results:The 24 h,48 hand 72 hmedial lethal concentrations(LC50)of fenvalerate to P.vannamei were respectively 0.200μg/L,0.123μg/L and0.084μg/L,and the safe concentration was 0.014μg/L;The 24 h,48 hand 72 h medial lethal concentrations(LC50)of deltamethrin to P.vannamei were respectively 0.171μg/L,0.103μg/L and0.064μg/L,and the safe concentration was 0.011μg/L.The two pesticides were highly toxic drugs,and the toxicity of deltamethrin to P.vannamei was higher than fenvalerate.
