【摘要】 油橄榄(Olea europaea L.)又名洋橄榄、齐墩果,是世界名贵常绿木本油料兼果用经济树种,原产于地中海沿岸,富含优质食用植物油—橄榄油,广泛应用于食品医药、化妆品和化工等行业。从油橄榄的起源分布、生物学特征及生长环境、主要成分与利用价值、生产技术、产量及贸易等方面对其研究进展进行概述,分析我国油橄榄产业发展面临的机遇与存在问题,提出了贵州油橄榄产业发展的相对建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Olea europaea,known as olive,is a world famous economic tree species for its fruit and oil production.The olive originated from the coastline of Mediterranean and is rich in high quality plant oil,olive oil,which can be wildly used in pharmaceutical industry,cosmetic industry and chemical engineering.food the origin and distribution,biology characterization and growing condition,major component and utilization,production techniques,yield,as well as commerce of the olive are introduced in this paper.The authors also analyze the opportunities and problems for olive industry development in China,and offer suggestions for olive industry development in Guizhou Province.更多还原
