【摘要】 探明贵州当地油桐品系对枯萎病的抗性,为抗病品种选育提供参考,以贵州各地收集的油桐品系为研究对象,通过种子浸种、幼苗及幼树灌根、伤口接种油桐枯萎病病原菌,观察其发病率和死亡率,并分析38个油桐品系对枯萎病的致病性。结果表明:武汉2号、望谟大关7号、罗甸冒井1号和沿河1号的油桐枯萎病发病率较高,抗性表现较弱;望谟大关6号、岑巩1号、岑巩2号、岑巩4号、松桃1号、望谟蔗香镇1号、望谟蔗香镇4号、望谟蔗香镇5号和望谟蔗乡镇巧送村2号的发病率较低,表现出较强的抗性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The disease rate and death rate of local Vernicia fordii lines by seeds soaked with the pathogen diluent,saplings and young trees irrigated by the pathogen diluent and wound inoculated with the pathogen diluent were observed and the pathogenicity of 38 V.fordii lines to Fusarium oxysporumf.sp.Aleuritidis was evaluated to explore resistance of local V.fordii lines against F.oxysporumf.sp.Aleuritidis and provide a reference for breeding of resistant V.fordii varieties in Guizhou.Results:The disease rate of Wuhan 2,Wangmodaguan 7,Luodianmaojing 1 and Yanhe 1 with a poor resistance to F.oxysporumf.sp.Aleuritidisis higher.Wangmodaguan 6,Qingong 2,Qingong 4,Songtao 1,Wangmozhexiang 1,Wangmozhexiang 4,Wangmozhexiang 5 and Qiaosong 2 with a lower disease rate has the strong resistance to F.oxysporumf.sp.Aleuritidis.更多还原
