高桩框架码头构件重要性评价的探讨
Importance Evaluation of Structural Members of High-Piled Frame Berth
【摘要】 本文采用两种不同的方法对框架码头构件进行重要性评价,找出框架码头中相对重要的构件,并对两种构件重要性评价方法进行分析比较。计算结果表明:桩和后边柱是结构中相对重要的构件,横撑、横梁和靠船构件的重要性受到船舶荷载作用位置的影响。基于广义刚度的评价方法综合考虑了结构自身特性和外荷载的作用,所求得的各构件重要性系数差值较大,便于同种工况的比较;基于平均应力比的评价方法更偏向于考虑构件对传力路径的贡献,所求得的构件重要性系数差值较小,可对不同工况的构件重要性进行比较。
【Abstract】 Two methods have been used to evaluate the importance of the structural members of frame berth structure and determine the relatively important components. Furthermore, the above methods are analyzed and compared. The calculation results show that the pile and back column serve as important components in the whole structure, the importance of transverse bracing, beam and berthing components changes with the location where ship load occurs. Based on the generalized stiffness evaluation method, the structural features and external load are analyzed comprehensively, which leads to larger difference among the importance coefficients of the structural members, the above method adapts to the comparative study under same working conditions. The average stress ratio method aims at the effect of structural members on the force transferring rout, which leads to smaller difference among the importance coefficients. The latter one is applicable for the study under different working conditions.
