花瓣锥形细胞形态建成的机制研究

【摘要】 植物器官表皮具有多种表皮细胞类型,不同的特化细胞行使着各自特定的生理功能。诸如根表皮毛、叶片铺板细胞和表皮毛细胞等细胞类型,因其结构简单、容易观察等优点,已被广泛研究并报道。大多数被子植物花瓣的上表皮含有一种特殊几何结构的细胞-锥形细胞。这类细胞被认为在维持花瓣表面湿度、温度以及光的反射率调节中发挥着一定的作用,同时这种锥形结构利于授粉昆虫的平稳着陆和停留,从而提高授粉率,对于授粉农作物的产量提升具有重要的现实意义。然而,近年对锥形细胞的机制研究相对很少,本评述旨在总结参与锥形细胞形态建成过程的相关研究,包括转录因子、受体激酶以及细胞骨架等,以期为锥形细胞形态建成的研究提供新的思路。

【Abstract】 Plant organ epidermis display diverse cell types. Different specialized morphologies perform their physiological functions, respectively. Such as the epidermal cells of root, cotyledon, and trichome, were generally investigated and reported for their merits of simple structures and facilitative visualization. Majority of angiosperm plant possess special geometric structures, conical cell, which functions in the maintaining of humidity and temperature and the regulation of light reflection rate. Simultaneously, the conical cell provides a desirable platform for the pollinators landing; this makes a real significance in increased quantity for the crops. However, the relevant research on mechanism of conical cell morphogenesis is pretty rare reported at present. A definite aim of this paper is to conclude the related research results involving in the progress of conical cell formation, like the transcriptional factors, RLK(Receptor-Like Kinase) and cytoskeleton, look forward to provide a new idea for the further study of the mechanism of conical cell morphogenesis.
