利用SSR标记对吉林省杂草稻遗传多样性的研究

【摘要】 对吉林省主栽稻区杂草稻进行收集整理,初步研究其植物学特性,同时利用48对分布均匀、扩增清晰有多态性的SSR标记对40份杂草稻材料的进行遗传多样性分析和类群划分。结果表明,吉林省杂草稻主要农艺性状变异较大,48对SSR标记累计扩增到231个等位位点,平均每个标记4.81个等位位点。多态性信息含量值平均(PIC)为0.473 6,PIC值变异范围在0.117 1~0.753 5之间,基因多样性平均值为0.522 3,基因多样性值变异范围在0.212 1~0.808 0之间。对其类群划分结果表明在吉林省收集到的40份杂草稻材料都被划分到粳稻类群中,与籼稻和南方杂草稻遗传关系较远,证明了吉林省杂草稻可能起源与于本地栽培稻。

【Abstract】 In this research, weedy rice in major rice-growing regions of Jilin Province were collected to research its botanic characteristics. At the same time, 40 weedy rice samples were analyzed of the genetic diversity and groups division by 48 pairs of SSR markers, which were well distributed, clearly amplified and polymorphic. The results suggested that the main agronomic traits of weedy rice in Jilin Province were variable. 48 pairs of SSR markers were amplified to 231 alleles, with an average of 4.81 alleles per marker. The average of polymorphism information content(PIC) was 0.473 6, and the variation range of PIC value was 0.117 1~0.753 5; the average value of genetic diversity was 0.522 3, and the variation range of genetic diversity was 0.212 1~0.808 0. The result of population classification indicated that the 40 samples of weedy rice could be classified into japonica rice,which had very distant genetic relationship with indica rice and weedy rice in South China. Therefore, it was demonstrated that the weedy rice in Jilin Province maight be originated from the local cultivated rice.
