环锭集聚纺纱及其创新技术的若干问题
A Discussion on Compact Ring Spinning and Related Innovative Technologies
【摘要】 通过引用集聚纺纱技术相关国内外专利文献、产品与技术论文资料,对环锭集聚纺纱及其创新技术中的相关技术问题进行探析和论证,特别对集聚效应、集聚与纱线品质项目的关联、集聚槽倾斜设置,以及集聚纺纱创新项目实例进行了有针对性的分析和说明。指出了集聚纺纱技术在对纱线进行径向压缩而消除加捻三角区的过程中,侧向气流是纱线集聚和压缩的精髓;集聚纺纱技术给纱线带来的关键品质项目改善是洁强效应,并不会给纱线线密度均匀度和捻系数带来显著性改变;集聚纺纱技术在降低投资运行成本和改善性价比方面还有创新空间。
【Abstract】 By quoting compact spinning technology-related patent documents and academic papers, this article expounded some technical problems existing in compact ring spinning and related innovative technologies, particularly analyzed the condensing effect, the relation between compacting and yarn quality index and the inclined arrangement of the air suction slots, and also introduced some examples of innovative compact spinning projects. It pointed out that in the process of using compact spinning technology to condense the yarn in radial direction and consequently eliminate the twisting triangle, lateral air flow is essential to yarn compacting and condensing; while making yarn clean and strong, compact spinning technology will not bring significant change to linear density uniformity and twist factor of the yarn; compact spinning technology has innovation potential in reducing investment and operation costs and improving price/performance ratio.
