【摘要】 冷战时期,西方国家对非洲国家的国际援助很大程度上是由于政治原因,经济发展的效果并不明显。中国对非洲国家的援助没有政治条件,更注重经济发展的效果。中国的对非援助与投资为非洲大陆的经济起飞奠定了基础,也引来了更多的发达国家的投资。中国企业与发达国家企业在非洲大陆上的竞争加剧,既给中国企业带来更大的压力,也带来更多的机遇。中国需要加强在非洲投资的中资企业之间的协调,化压力为动力,让非洲的发展成为世界经济增长新的引擎。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the Cold War,international aid to African countries by Western countries was largely due to political reasons,and the effect of economic development was not obvious.China’s aid to African countries,although without political conditions,pays more attention to the effect of economic development.China’s aid to Africa and its investment in Africa have laid the foundation for the African continent’s economic takeoff and attracted more investment from the developed countries.Chinese enterprises and those of developed countries are in intensified competition on the African continent,which brings not only greater pressure to Chinese enterprises, but also more opportunities.China needs to strengthen co-ordination among Chinese enterprises investing in Africa and Chinese firms need to transform pressure into new dynamic,then Africa’s development will become a new engine of global economic growth.更多还原
