应急处置情景模拟教学体系的构建与完善——以“食品安全事故应急处置”项目为例
Exploration of simulation teaching mode of emergency disposal——taking the program of emergency response to food safety incident as example
【摘要】 针对预防医学专业人才培养中应对突发事件教育的不足,通过构建应急型公共卫生知识体系,应用与能力培养相适应的教学方法,有计划地培养学生的组织管理和处理突发公共卫生事件的能力。在培养的不同阶段,采用理论考试和问卷调查进行教学效果评估,并提出进一步提升教师理论知识和教学方法,多学科多方向推广的完善建议,为培养高素质应急型公共卫生人才提供参考。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of deficiency in education of emergency response to food safety incidents for students of preventive medicine,the teaching method adapted for students’ capacity was introduced by constructing knowledge system for emergency public health and fostering ability of organization and management and handling public health emergencies.During different stages of practicing,the theory test and questionnaire survey were carried to assess the teaching effect.In addition,suggestions on improving teachers’ theoretical knowledge and teaching methods were made to provide reference for cultivating public health talents of emergency response.
