【摘要】 分析测试机构是我国科学仪器设备保有的重要专业技术组织,其中各省市自治区的分析测试中心或院、所是国有事业单位制检测机构,至今已经走过了40年的历程。本文介绍了全国地方分析测试中心的发展现状,对其按行政区域属性、单位属性和业务内容进行了划分,阐述了紧密结合经济发展与区域创新需求、坚持食品安全与实验室信息化建设、探索科学研究与科教融合等不同发展模式。最后,展望了我国地方分析测试中心的发展趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 The analytical agencies are significant specialized technical organizations of maitaining the Chinese scientific instrument and equipment.Among them,the analytical centers,institutes and academies attached to each province,municipality and autonomous region are state-owned institutional analytical agencies,which have experienced 40 years so far.In this paper,the developing status of national local analytical centers was introduced and the centers were classified according to the properties of administrative region,the attributes of work unit and the business content.Different developing modes were elaborated in detail,including close combination of the economic development and the demands of regional innovation,insisting in food safety and the information construction of laboratories,exploration for the fusion of the scientific research and science education,etc.Finally,the developing trends of the Chinese local analytical centers were looked forward.更多还原
