In this study,a rapid sensitive fluorescent method for the detection of aflatoxin B_1( AFB_1)was developed based on BSA-gold nanoclusters( AuNCs). The method combined the interaction of Au+and Hg~(2+),leading to the fluorescence quenching of Au NCs,and the chelation of Hg~(2+)with AFB_1,leading to the fluorescence recovery of Au NCs.
