【摘要】 针对目前露天煤矿开采对生态环境造成极大破坏问题,采用现场调研和理论分析等方法,对绿色开采工艺进行系统研究,提出中国露天煤矿从开采源头控制对生态环境污染与破坏的新模式.界定了露天煤矿绿色开采的内涵、实现目标实现从开采源头控制露天矿对环境的影响与破坏.用露天煤矿"绿色度"指标标强制达到环境保护目标;实现露天开采与矿区的固体环境、水体环境、气体环境及生态环境协调发展.对绿色开采目标进行量化描述并建立数学模型.构建了露天煤矿绿色开采工艺系统及其工艺环节,将"生态恢复"加入到露天煤矿工艺系统中,成为一个重要的工艺环节,并对各工艺环节从设备类型、生产能力、设备数量等方面确定了合理的匹配关系,建立了合理匹配关系数学模型.更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the serious damage to the ecological environment caused by the open pit coal mining at present,this paper systematically studied the green mining technology by using methods of field investigation and theoretical analysis etc.,put forward a new pattern of controlling ecological environment pollution and damage from mining source in China,and defined the connotation of green mining and the realization of the goal to control the impact and damage surface coal mine on environment from the source of mining.The goal of environmental protection is enforced by using the "green degree" index of surface coal mine,and the coordinated development of solid environment,water environment,gas environment and ecological environment between surface coal mining and mining area is realized.The goal of green mining is described quantitatively and the mathematical model is established.The green mining technology system of surface coal mine and its technological units are constructed.The ecological restoration is added to the technology system of surface coal mine,which becomes an important technology unit.The reasonable matching relation is determined from the aspects of equipment type,production capacity and equipment quantity and the mathematical model of reasonable matching relation is established.更多还原
