基于模糊神经网络的车辆行驶姿态判别方法
Vehicle posture discrimination method based on FNN
【摘要】 为对公交车辆驾驶人员的不良驾驶行为实施主动安全管理,基于车辆行驶姿态数据与车辆姿态判别标准,提出了车辆运行姿态与驾驶人员的不良驾驶行为的模糊神经网络关联性分析与判别方法.在该方法的模型参数标定与验证过程中,采用车载单台加速度计MPU6500实时采集车辆三轴加速度作为车辆行驶姿态数据,参照最新的ISO2631-1-1997/AMD.1-2010标准建立了人体主观感觉与车辆姿态的关联指标和Takagi-Sugeno模糊神经网络判别模型.研究结果表明:用该判别方法可以实现车辆运动状态下驾驶员不良驾驶行为的自动判别,判别结果与乘客的主观感受一致.
【Abstract】 In order to carry out the active safety management for the driving behavior of the bus driver, this study is based on the vehicle driving attitude data and the vehicle posture discrimination standard, and puts forward the fuzzy neural network correlation analysis and discrimination method of the vehicle running attitude and the driver’s bad driving behavior. In the process of parameter calibration and verification of the method, the vehicle three-axis acceleration MPU6500 is taken to collect the vehicle driving attitude data in this paper, and refers to the latest ISO2631-1-1997/AMD.1-2010 standard it is established that the relationship between subjective sensation and vehicle attitude and Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy neural network discriminant model. The test results show that the discriminant method can realize the automatic judgment of the driver’s bad driving behavior in the vehicle movement state, and the discriminant result is consistent with the subjective feeling of the passenger.
