不同项目运动员本体感觉能力的分析
Analysis of the Proprioceptive Ability of Athletes in Different Sports
【摘要】 通过测试不同项目运动员的本体感觉能力,探索不同项目运动员之间本体感觉能力的差异性,以借此为运动员的训练方法和选材提供参考意见。方法:以福建省击剑、羽毛球、乒乓球队共113人为研究对象,分别采用MJS评估肩关节及Prokin254评估腰、膝、踝关节的本体感觉能力。结果:1.运动等级越高的运动员,本体感觉能力越强;2.女运动员的下肢本体感觉能力明显优于男运动员;3.三个运动项目双肩的本体感觉能力优势侧显著强于非优势侧,羽毛球、乒乓球队运动员的双膝本体感觉能力优势侧显著强于非优势侧。结论:本体感觉能力可以作为运动员选材和训练方法的参考指标。不同项目的本体感觉会有所不同,与该项目的运动特点有关。本体感觉能力越强,运动控制能力就越强,可以保障动作发挥的稳定,从而降低受伤的风险,达到预防损伤的目的。
【Abstract】 By testing the proprioception ability of athletes in different sports,the difference of proprioception ability is explored,so as to provide references for athletes’ training methods and material selection. Methods: A total of113 people from fujian fencing,badminton and table tennis teams were studied. The proprioception ability of shoulder joint was evaluated by MJS and lumbar,knee and ankle joints was evaluated with Prokin254 respectively. Results: 1. The higher the level of athletes,the stronger the sense of proprioception. 2. Female athletes’ lower limb proprioception ability is better than male athletes. 3. The dominant side of the two shoulders of the three sports was significantly stronger than the non-dominant side. Players of badminton and table tennis teams are significantly stronger on the dominant side than on the non-dominant side. Conclusion: Proprioception ability can be used as a reference index for athletes’ material selection and training methods. The sensory ability of different project body will be different,which is related to the sport characteristics of the project. The stronger the ability of proprioception,the stronger the ability of motion control,which can guarantee the stability of the movement,thus reducing the risk of injury and preventing injury.
