【摘要】 以全运会的发展历史与办赛理念为研究对象,通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法探究全运会的发展与演变。认为经过多次重要节点的发展,全运会从初期体现的"政治意义"到当下"以人民为中心",其办赛理念随着国家的发展在不断演变。在全民健身理念的引导下,将群众体育纳入全运会中来,扩大全运会参与对象,做到全民参与全会、全民共享全会,应是下一阶段全运会发展的重要内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since it was found to the thirteenth National games held in Tianjin on 2017,The national games has been successfully held for 13 sessions. This article takes the history of the National Games’ development and the concept of running games as the research object,exploring the development and evolution of the National Games by using the methods of document data and logic analysis. Going through many developmental moments,the concept of running National Games has evolved from the political significance that embodied in the early stages to the current concept of people-centered. With the guidance of the concept of the national fitness program,the mass sports should be included in the National Games and the participation of the National Games should be expanded so that all citizens can participate in the plenary session and share the plenary session. This should be an important part of the development of the next National Games.更多还原
