【摘要】 以生活在佛山市的新市民为研究对象,运用问卷调查法了解佛山市新市民社会融合现状及需求。被调查对象中三分之一的人认可"觉得自己是佛山人"。在佛山生活最难适应的方面,排前五位的分别是子女入学、子女教育、气候、就业、语言。对于社会服务的需求,个人成长方面最迫切的是职业能力提升,社会权益方面最迫切的是劳动权益的法律保护,服务模式中更倾向于参与社区活动。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the social inclusion of new citizens living in Foshan as the research object, the present situation and needs of the new citizens in Foshan were investigated by questionnaire survey. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed and 549 valid. The results showed that half of the new citizens felt the residents more friendly and receptive towards them. 1/3 of the respondents agreed that they thought they were from Foshan. In Foshan the most difficult to adapt to life, the top five are children in school, child education,climate, employment, language. For the demand of social service, the most urgent aspect of personal growth is the promotion of professional ability, the most urgent aspect of social rights is the legal protection of labor rights and interests, and the service model is more inclined to participate in community activities.更多还原
