【摘要】 目的探讨正中神经电刺激促进颅内动脉瘤术后昏迷患者觉醒的效果分析。方法选取2016年1月-2018年1月贵州省人民医院收录的48例颅内动脉瘤破裂术后昏迷患者,将其随机分为对照组及干预组,各24例。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预,干预组在此基础上增加正中神经电刺激进行干预。正中神经电刺激参数设置:电流15mA,频率为50~100Hz,脉宽20ms,每次45min,每日2次,3个月为1个疗程。比较干预前后两组患者格拉斯哥昏迷量表(Glasgow Coma Scale,GCS)、Barthel指数和大脑血流速度改善情况。结果干预后干预组的GCS评分、Barthel指数及颅内血流速改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用正中神经电刺激对颅内动脉瘤术后昏迷患者进行护理干预,可以有效起到促醒的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of median nerve electrical stimulation on awakening of coma patients after intracranial aneurysm surgery.Methods 48 patients with intracranial aneurysms admitted to Guizhou provincial people’s hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were included and randomly divided into the control group(n=24)and the intervention group(n=24).Patients in control group was given routine nursing mode,while patients in the intervention group received the median nerve electrical stimulation.Median nerve electrical stimulation parameters were as followings:current 15 mA,frequency 50-100 Hz,pulse width 20 ms,45 min each time,2 times daily,3 months as a course of treatment.The Glasgow coma scale(GCS),Barthel score and cerebral blood flow rate were evaluated before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the GCS score,Barthel score and blood flow rate in the intervention group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The median nerve electrical stimulation can effectively improve the awakening of patients with intracranial aneurysm.更多还原
