【摘要】 目的探讨移动居家护理平台对妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者血糖与生活质量的影响。方法将门诊确诊的60例GDM患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组给予常规糖尿病教育方法,观察组给予移动居家护理平台干预追踪管理患者;比较两组患者干预前与干预后3个月的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平、自护能力及生活质量的变化。结果干预后两组患者的血糖水平、自护能力及生活质量较干预前均有改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论移动居家护理平台突破空间限制,为GDM患者提供个体化延续护理健康教育指导,能提高GDM患者治疗的依从性和生活质量,有效控制GDM患者的空腹、餐后2h血糖水平,改善负面情绪并提高患者的自我管理能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of mobile home care platform intervention on blood glucose and quality of life in gestational diabetes mellitus patients.Method 60 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus diagnosed by outpatient department were numbered according to the order of treatment,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table,30 cases in each group.Patients in control group was treated with routine diabetes education method,while patients in observation group was treated with mobile home care plat form intervention tracking management patients.The levels of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after 3 months of intervention.Result After treatment,the levels of blood glucose,self-care ability and quality of life were improved in both groups,and the observation group was superior to the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion Mobile home care platform intervention may break the space constraints for the gestational diabetes patients,provide individualized continuous care health education guidance,improve the compliance of pregnant women with diabetes mellitus and quality of life,negative emotions,effective control of gestational diabetes in patients with fasting,postprandial 2 hblood glucose levels and patient self-management ability.更多还原
