【摘要】 目的总结肛周脓肿切开引流合并一期挂线术围术期的护理体会。方法回顾性分析2014年1月-2017年1月,我院和市中医院行切开引流合并一期挂线术的50例肛周脓肿患儿的护理资料。结果 50例患儿创面愈合良好。创面愈合时间为16~34d,平均愈合时间为(23.6±5.1)d。所有患儿于术后7~12d出院,其中,49例患儿获得一次性根治效果。1例术后复发形成肛瘘,行二次手术后痊愈。结论全面细致的护理措施能够促进创面愈合,提高肛周脓肿的一次性根治率,降低术后复发率和并发症的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the peri-operative nursing experience of perianal abscess incision and drainage combined with seton operation in children.Methods The nursing data of 50 children with perianal abscess treated at our hospital and traditional Chinese medicine hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.Results All 50 children recovered very well by comprehensive preoperative psychological nursing,health education and preoperative preparation,postoperative wound care,psychological nursing,pain nursing,body position nursing,defecation and urination nursing,diet nursing and discharge guidance.The wound healing time was 16 d~34 d,and the average healing time was(23.6±5.1)d.All the patients were discharged from 7 d to 12 d after operation.Among all the patients,there were 49 cases achieved one-time curative effect.There was 1 case with postoperative anal fistula,and recovered after the second operation.Conclusion Comprehensive and meticulous nursing measures can promote wound healing,improve the curative efficacy of perianal abscess,reduce the recurrence rate and complication rate.更多还原
