【摘要】 目的通过总结分析佛山市某三甲医院静脉用药调配中心在2017年度所有抗菌药的不合理处方,为该院药师审方和医生临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法根据药品说明书、《抗菌药临床应用指导原则》、《静脉用药集中调配质量管理规范》等相关规定,对抗菌药物的不合理处方开展统计分析。统计计算抗菌药的不合理处方占所有不合理处方的比例以及抗菌药的不合理处方在不同科室及不同月份的处方量与占比。采用Microsoft Office Excel 2003版软件进行统计,并采用SPSS19.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 2017年度静脉用药调配中心所有的不合理处方为3 633份,抗菌药的不合理处方为1 624份,所占比例为45%;抗菌药的不合理处方主要来自心血管内科147份(9.05%)、心血管外科110份(6.77%)、儿科二区110份(6.77%)以及呼吸内科108份(6.65%)等(百分比即占所有的抗菌药不合理处方)。结论对该院静脉用药调配中心在2017年度抗菌药物的不合理处方分析总结,帮助促进药师审方和医生合理临床用药,减少不良反应,从而降低不良事件发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through analysis and summary of all the unreasonable prescriptions of the antibacterial drugs of Intravenous Drug Administration Center(PIVAS) 2017 of a top-level hospital in Foshan City, and provide reference for the pharmacists and the doctors of the hospital to use drugs rationally. Methods According to drug specifications,"Guidelines for clinical application of antibacterial drugs","Quality Management Practice for Centralized Distribution of Intravenous Use of Drugs"etc., a detailed analysis was made on the unreasonable prescriptions for antimicrobial drugs. The proportion of antibacterial drugs in all unreasonable prescriptions,different departments and different months were calculated using Microsoft Office Excel 2003 software. SPSS19.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results There were 3,633 unreasonable prescriptions and 1 624 unreasonable prescriptions for antimicrobials, accounting for 45% of the total. Mainly from cardiovascular medicine 147(9.05%), cardiovascular surgery 110(6.77%), paediatric second district 110(6.77%), Respiratory Medicine 108(6.65%), etc.(percentage of all antibacterial drugs irrational prescription). Conclusion From the aspect of antibacterial drugs, there are some unreasonable prescriptions in the Pivas 2017 year of the hospital. It is useful of the pharmacy assessors and doctors to provide reference values for rational drug use, and provide reasonable clinical use, reduce adverse reactions, and reduce adverse events.更多还原
