两种微藻与水溞的两种组合对污水的净化效果研究
Purification effects of Daphnia magna and two species of microalgae on sewage
【摘要】 以小球藻、斜生栅藻及大型水溞为材料,通过藻类将污水中的氮磷转化到植物物体内,水溞摄食藻类后将氮磷往上一级食物链传递,同时达到控制藻类密度的目的。探讨两种藻类分别对污水的净化能力以及两种藻类与水溞的两种组合的净化效果的差异性。实验结果表明,当氮浓度为39.65 mg/L、磷浓度为5.64 mg/L时,以斜生栅藻对水溞的综合净化效果较为显著,且得出短期内水溞对藻类去除氮磷能力的影响不显著,而对于藻类数量的控制,水体BOD、COD和pH值有促进降低的效果,为污水的进一步净化处理提供一种简便经济有效的方法。
【Abstract】 The purification effects of Daphnia magna and two species of microalgae, i.e. Scenedesmus Obliquus and Chlorella on eutrophication water were studied. The results showed that the application of Daphnia magna could significantly inhibit the growth of Scenedesmus Obliquus. The concentrations of COD and BOD in Daphnia-Algae system water were lower than those in control group without Daphnia. Daphnia magna can reduce the organic pollutants in water by grazing on Scenedesmus Obliquus and Chlorella.
