【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜完全腹膜外双侧腹股沟疝修补术(TEP)中留置负压引流管预防术后血清肿的应用价值。方法:回顾分析2013年1月至2016年12月为115例双侧腹股沟疝患者行TEP的临床资料,根据术中是否留置负压引流管分为引流组(n=48)与对照组(n=67),对比分析两组患者围手术期数据。结果:两组患者年龄、病程、双侧疝分型、手术时间、出血量、疝囊处理方式、手术后前3 d疼痛评分、术后住院时间差异无统计学意义;引流组术后血清肿发生率(4.17%vs. 22.39%)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹膜外间隙留置负压引流管可有效减少腹腔镜TEP术后血清肿的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of suction drainage in prevention of the seroma after laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal repair( TEP) for bilateral inguinal hernia.Methods: Clinical data of 115 patients,who suffered from bilateral inguinal hernia and underwent TEP repair from Jan.2013 to Dec.2016,were retrospectively collected.Patients were divided into drainage-group( n = 48)and control-group( n = 67) according to whether suction drainage tube was placed during operations.Perioperative data were statistically compared between the two groups.Results: There was no statistical difference in terms of age,course of disease,bilateral hernia type,operation time,blood loss,treatment method of hernia sac,pain score in the postoperative 3 d and postoperative hospital stay between two groups,however the rate of postoperative seroma was significantly lower in drainage-group( 4.17% vs. 22.39%,P<0.05).Conclusions:Extraperitoneal suction drainage can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative seroma after bilateral TEP repair.更多还原
