【摘要】 目的:探讨无张力疝修补术与腹腔镜疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年6月至2016年6月收治的90例腹沟股疝患者,随机分为观察组(行腹腔镜疝修补术)与对照组(行无张力疝修补术),每组45例。对比分析两组患者手术相关指标及并发症。结果:两组手术均顺利完成。观察组住院时间、术后正常活动时间、出院后恢复正常工作时间优于对照组;而对照组手术时间、住院费用优于观察组;两组术中出血量、术后疼痛持续时间、腹股沟异物感消失时间及切口感染、皮下或阴囊气肿、血管与内脏损伤、尿潴留等并发症发生率差异均无统计学意义。结论:两种术式各有利弊,但腹腔镜疝修补术相较无张力疝修补术具有适用范围更广、恢复更快、卫生经济学性价比更高的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the effectiveness of tension-free herniorrhaphy and laparoscopic hernia repair for adult inguinal hernia. Methods: Ninety patients with inguinal hernia from Jun. 2014 to Jun. 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group( laparoscopic hernia repair,n = 45) and the control group( tension-free herniorrhaphy,n = 45),the parameters and complications related to surgical treatment were compared and analyzed. Results: All the operations were completed successfully. Observation group was superior to the control group on the hospital stay,the normal activity time after operation and normal working time after discharge,while it was opposite on the operative time and hospitalization costs between the two groups. In addition,no statistically significant difference was found in the intraoperative blood loss,duration of postoperative pain,time of groin discomfort disappearance,incisional infection,subcutaneous or scrotal emphysema,vascular or visceral injury or urinary retention. Conclusions: Both operations have their advantages and disadvantages. But the laparoscopic hernia repair has a wider range in application,faster recovery and higher cost performance ratio in health economics than tension-free herniorrhaphy. With the continuous reformation of the medical profession and the advance of medical technology,laparoscopic hernia repair will be widely accepted and further promoted in the future.更多还原
