Al-Ce-Ge体系500℃相平衡的实验测定
Experimental investigation of the phase equilibria of the Al-Ce-Ge system at 500 ℃
【摘要】 运用平衡合金法设计17个关键合金,并结合金相显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和电子探针显微分析(EPMA)测定Al-Ce-Ge三元系在500℃时的相平衡信息。结果表明:在500℃时,该三元系稳定存在α(CeAl1.62-Ge0.38),β(CeAl2Ge2),γ(CeAlGe),δ(CeAlGe2)和ε(Ce2AlGe6)五个三元化合物及液相,测定δ相成分范围为Ce24.724.8Al3333.9Ge41.342.3;实验发现η(Ce61.3Al21.9Ge16.8)和μ(Ce55.9Al11.1Ge33)两个新的三元化合物;并发现α+CeAl3+γ,Ce3Al11+CeAl3+γ,αCeGe2-x+CeGe+γ,CeAl+CeAl2+Ce5Ge3,Ce3Ge+Ce5Ge3+Ce3Al,CeAl+Ce3Al+η和CeAl2+Ce5Ge3+μ七个新的三相区。
【Abstract】 Combined with optical microscope(OM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and electron probe microanalysis(EPMA), phase equilibria of the Al-Ce-Ge system at 500 ℃ was investigated by equilibrated alloys method. The results show that, five ternary compounds, i.e. α(CeAl1.62Ge0.38), β(CeAl2Ge2), γ(CeAlGe), δ(CeAlGe2) and ε(Ce2AlGe6) as well as the liquid phase are verified at 500 ℃ and the homogeneity range of the δ phase is Ce24.724.8Al3333.9Ge41.342.3. Two new ternary compounds, i.e. η(Ce61.3Al21.9Ge16.8) and μ(Ce55.9Al11.1Ge33), are observed. In addition, seven three-phase regions α+CeAl3+γ, Ce3Al11+CeAl3+γ, αCeGe2-x+CeGe+γ, CeAl+CeAl2+Ce5Ge3, Ce3Ge+Ce5Ge3+Ce3Al, CeAl+Ce3Al+η and CeAl2+Ce5Ge3+μ are observed.
