空腹血糖受损人群血糖、血脂、血清MCP-1、IL-6、IL-1、TNF-α水平的研究
Fasting blood glucose,lipid profiles and serum MCP-1,IL-6,IL-1,TNF-αlevels in patients with impaired fasting glucose
【摘要】 目的探讨空腹血糖受损人群中空腹血糖、血脂、血清核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP-1)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)可能起的作用以及它们的相关关系。方法检测空腹血糖受损组40例和对照组35例的空腹血糖、血脂、血清MCP-1、IL-6、IL-1、TNF-α水平并进行统计分析。结果空腹血糖受损人群的空腹血糖、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇、血清MCP-1、IL-6、TNF-α、BMI水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01),且MCP-1、IL-6、TNF-α表达水平与空腹血糖、HOMA-IR都呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论空腹血糖受损人群处于慢性炎性状态,且高BMI、高三酰甘油、高总胆固醇,须控制体质量及饮食来延缓炎性状态的进展。
【Abstract】 Objective To assess the fasting blood glucose,lipid profiles and serum MCP-1,IL-6,IL-1,TNF-αlevels in patients with impaired fasting glucose(IFG)and explore their effects to the mechanism of impaired fasting glucose and their correlationship.Methods The fasting blood glucose,lipid profiles and serum MCP-1,IL-6,IL-1,TNF-αlevels were assessed and analyzed statistically in 40 patients with IFG and 35 controls.Results The fasting blood glucose,serum triglyceride,serum total cholesterol,serum MCP-1,IL-6,TNF-αand BMI in patients with IFG were significantly higher than those in the controls(P<0.01),and the serum MCP-1,IL-6,TNF-αlevels had positive correlation with the fasting glucose and HOMA-IR in patients with IFG(P<0.05).Conclusion Inflammation and endothelial dysfunction might be important in patients with IFG.Futhermore,the patients with IFG had higher levels of BMI,hypertriglyceridemia and hypercholesterolemia,and they should control their body weight and lipid profiles to slow the progression of inflammation.
