低温下藻坪对水体中氮、磷的去除效果分析
Analysis on Nitrogen and Phosphorus Removal Efficiency from Water by the Algal Turf Scrubber in Low-temperature Environment
【摘要】 为了探索藻坪装置在亚热带秋冬季低温环境下的适用性,在实验室控制条件下,评估以绿藻门的丝藻属(Ulothrix)为优势藻属的藻坪装置对配制的模拟水样和高氮磷污染劣Ⅴ类水质的原水的氮磷去除效率.结果表明,15℃低温条件下,以绿藻门中的丝藻属(Ulothrix)为优势藻种的水样进行挂膜实验,平台上藻类的生长速率为(2. 90±0. 33) g·m-2·d-1.经丝藻型藻坪处理,原水及模拟水样中的ρ(DO)均稳定在10. 00 mg·L-1左右.原水中总氮去除率为37. 1%~69. 8%,总磷去除率为60. 0%~84. 0%,藻坪平台上藻类生长速率为(2. 49±0. 35) g·m-2·d-1,处理后,原水可达Ⅲ类水质标准.模拟水样水体中总氮、总磷的去除率以及平台上藻类的生长速率皆高于原水.运行两种水样的藻坪装置,平台上藻类均主要由绿藻门、硅藻门组成,其中以绿藻为优势门类,占藻类总生物量的比例为74. 2%~82. 0%,且绿藻门中始终以丝藻属(Ulothrix)为优势藻,硅藻占藻类总生物量的比例为17. 7%~23. 5%.结果表明,丝藻型藻坪装置挂膜的藻群结构较为稳定,对水体具有一定的充氧效果,且能够有效地去除水体中的氮、磷.
【Abstract】 An ATS system dominated by Ulothrix of Chlorophyta was deployed under controlled experimental conditions to investigate the suitability of Algal Turf Scrubber(ATS) systems in low-temperature circumstance of subtropical regions during autumn and winter,and to evaluate the removal rate of TN and TP of simulated water and natural water which was below Grade V water quality standard,respectively. It turned out that when under low-temperature environment(15 ℃),the average productivity of screened solids in the ATS system dominated by Ulothrix of Chlorophyta was(2. 90 ±0. 33)g·m-2·d-1. The dissolved oxygen concentration was stabilized around 10. 00 mg·L-1 by the treatment. The removal rate of TN in natural water was 37. 1% ~ 69. 8%,the removal rate of TP was 60. 0% ~ 84. 0%,and the average productivity of screened solids was(2. 49 ± 0. 35) g·m-2·d-1. Moreover,the quality of natural water could meet the Grade Ⅲ water quality standard after the treatment. For simulated water,the average productivity of screened solids and the removal rate of TN and TP were all higher than treating natural water. In both cases,the algae of screened solidswere mainly composed of Chlorophyta and Bacillatiophyta,of which,Chlorophyta was the dominant algae. Its proportion ranged from 74. 2% to 82. 0%,and the dominant species of Chlorophyta was Ulothrix all the time. The proportion of Bacillatiophyta ranged from 17. 7% to 23. 5%. In conclusion,the performance of ATS systems with Ulothrix was quite stable in low-temperature environment(15 ℃). Such ATS systems would improve the effect of aeration,along with removing nitrogen and phosphorus from water effectively.
