【摘要】 福建省2007-2016年的社会保障水平总体偏低,但增长速度超过地区经济发展速度,处于低水平高增长的阶段。对其适度区间进行测算后进一步发现:目前的社会保障水平并不适度,但其与适度区间下限值的差距出现逐步缩小的现象。福建省应在继续加快经济发展的基础上,通过调整财政支出结构,进一步加大对社保的财力支持;有效应对人口老龄化;加强社会保险基金的投资管理;逐步完善社会保障体系等措施以确保社保水平逐步提高并处于适度区间,同时社会保障事业的长远发展应注意保持与GDP发展相适应。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the years between 2007 and 2016,the social security of Fujian Province remained a rapid growth yet with a generally low level. Compared with the moderate range,the current social security of Fujian is not moderate,but the gap between it and the lower limit of the moderate range is narrowing. As its economy continues to accelerate,Fujian Province should adjust its fiscal expenditure structure,further increase financial support for social security,effectively cope with the aging of the population,strengthen the management of the social insurance fund and gradually perfect its social security system to ensure a gradual improvement of its social security to the moderate range.Meanwhile,the long-term development of the social security of Fujian should be coordinated with the development of GDP.更多还原
