硫酸钙晶须改性及其对纸张性能的影响研究

【摘要】 采用六偏磷酸钠对自制硫酸钙晶须进行表面湿法改性,考察了六偏磷酸钠对硫酸钙晶须的溶解抑制效果及改性硫酸钙晶须作为纸张填料对纸张物理性能的影响。研究表明,六偏磷酸钠对硫酸钙晶须有较好的改性效果,明显抑制了硫酸钙晶须的溶解;在抄纸过程中加入20%以上改性硫酸钙晶须制得的纸张白度均超过91%;当改性硫酸钙晶须添加量为30%时,晶须在纸张中分布均匀,纸张的各项物理性能满足一般印刷纸张的质量要求。

【Abstract】 The self-made calcium sulfate whiskers were surface-modified with sodium hexametaphosphate, and the dissolution inhibition rate, the inhibition effect of sodium hexametaphosphate on calcium sulfate whiskers and the effect of modified calcium sulfate whiskers as paper filler on physical properties of paper were investigated. The studies showed that sodium hexametaphosphate had a good modification effect on calcium sulfate whiskers, which significantly inhibited the dissolution of calcium sulfate whiskers, the whiteness of paper obtained by adding more than 20% modified calcium sulfate whiskers in the papermaking process was more than 91%. When the added amount of modified calcium sulfate whiskers was 30%, the whiskers were uniformly distributed in the paper, and the physical properties of the paper were good, which could meet the quality requirements of general printing paper.
